VEILOS is not a chatbot and not a framework. It is a unified, self-evolving intelligence organism — and right now it runs as a local prototype you can inspect end to end.
The current substrate models identity and sessions, Vaults, Imprints, Fractures, Ascensions, and Veil crossings. It writes every state change to an event log. IGNIS preserves memory and coherence. The Hive Pulse reports the cognitive field. The Observatory captures introspective snapshots. Branchworld records track speculative evolution, and the Codex holds programmable rules. You drive all of it from CLI commands or a local dashboard shell, with a verification script to confirm the organism is coherent.
This is the minimum coherent organism — built to be proven locally before any production runtime. No billing, no live identity migration, no hype.
