It started as a fork of OpenFrontIO — fully AGPL, fully in the open — and it's growing its own personality. The map breathes in real time. Borders push and pull. You read the board, commit to a line, and live with the consequences while everyone else is still deciding.

We're early. The gameplay is diverging from where it began, and the folks who join now get to feel that change happen — not read about it later. You'll see the rough edges and the sharp ideas at the same time.
